larklatroy @larklatroy ·Sometimes even the best meds fail. I suffer from an autoimmune disease called Ankylosing Spondylitis. I'm at stage 4 of the progression. That means my spine has some pretty awful damage, and that causes problems. In fact, it has taken me down for a couple of days. The medication, Enbrel, is a lifesaver. I have been mostly pain-free for 11 weeks now. But when the disease decides to kick my ass, it gets past the meds. I hope this ends soon. I've got writing to do.
