1Account eligibility

You must be old enough to legally consent to online services where you live to create an account. You need a valid email address, a username, and a password to sign up — InteractInk does not support anonymous posting. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

2Acceptable use

By using InteractInk, you agree to follow our community rules, which are part of these Terms. In short, you agree not to:

• Post illegal content, including any child sexual abuse material — this is reported to the relevant authorities without exception.
• Post other people's private information without consent (doxxing).
• Spam, flood, or advertise without permission.
• Harass, threaten, or target other users.
• Upload media you don't have the right to share.
• Impersonate another person, or create additional accounts to evade a suspension or ban.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the site or other users' accounts.

3Your content

You retain ownership of everything you post — text, images, GIFs, and video. By posting content on InteractInk, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the site (for example, showing your posts to other users, generating link previews, and keeping backups). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where a copy may briefly remain in backups until they rotate out, or where content has been reposted or reproduced by other users through the site's own features (like quotes or reposts) before deletion.

You're responsible for the content you post and for having the rights to share it. We don't claim ownership of your content and won't use it for anything beyond running the site.

Images and video you upload are automatically compressed and stored on our infrastructure providers. GIFs from the GIPHY picker are shown from GIPHY's servers and remain subject to GIPHY's terms. We may use content you post to operate, secure and improve InteractInk, but we do not sell it.

4Moderation and enforcement

Having an account is a privilege, not a right. Moderators may remove any post, file, or content, and may suspend or terminate accounts, for violating these Terms or the community rules — at their discretion and without prior notice, particularly in cases of illegal content, abuse, or repeated violations.

Suspended accounts may have their posts and replies removed, and their username stays reserved so it cannot be reused or impersonated.

5Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, the community rules, or applicable law, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a risk to other users or to the site. Where practical, we'll try to notify you of the reason.

6Subscriptions and payments

InteractInk is free to use. We also offer optional paid plans — Premium, Premium Plus and Premium Max — that unlock extra features such as advanced analytics, badges and other perks. The features included in each plan are described on our plans page and may change over time.

• Billing. Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly depending on the option you choose. The price, currency and any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Yearly billing is offered at a lower effective price than paying monthly.
• Payment processor. Payments are handled by our payment partner Polar, which acts as the merchant of record. Your card details are entered on Polar's secure checkout and are never seen or stored by InteractInk. Polar's own terms and privacy policy apply to your payment.
• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from the plans page using Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account returns to the free plan.
• Changing plans. You can switch between plans or between monthly and yearly billing from the plans page. Any price difference is handled by the payment provider at the time of the change.
• Refunds. Payments are generally non-refundable, and we do not refund partial billing periods, except where the law requires it. If you were charged by mistake or have a problem with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.
• Price changes. We may change prices or plan features. Changes apply from your next renewal and we will give notice beforehand where required.
• Loss of access. If a payment fails, is reversed (charged back), or your account is suspended or terminated for breaking these Terms, paid features may be removed without a refund.

7Third-party services and messaging

InteractInk may link to or embed content from third parties (for example GIPHY GIFs and link previews). We are not responsible for third-party content or services. Direct messages are encrypted in your browser; if you lose your device and have no key backup, we may be unable to recover old messages. Please keep any backup passphrase safe.

8Disclaimers

InteractInk is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we're not responsible for content posted by other users. All trademarks and copyrights referenced on the site belong to their respective owners; images and comments are the responsibility of the poster, not InteractInk.

9Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InteractInk and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of data, loss of access to your account, or content posted by other users.

10Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use InteractInk after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, regardless of where you access InteractInk from.
