About Lists

Article 16 of 22 in Using InteractInk

Lists let you group accounts together in whatever way makes sense to you — by topic, by how well you know them, or any other organizing idea — and then view a feed made up of just that group's posts.

  • Create a List from the Lists tab and give it a name.
  • Add any account to it directly from their profile, whether or not you already follow them.
  • Set a List to private so only you can see it, or public so others can view and even follow it too.

Viewing a List shows only posts from the accounts you've added to it, presented in order, which makes it a handy way to keep close tabs on a specific smaller group — say, close friends, or accounts in one particular field — without their posts getting lost in the noise of your regular main feed. You can belong to as many Lists as you like, and an account can appear on more than one at the same time.
